This is the last week to cool off at the Dove Park and Parr Park spraygrounds for the 2012 summer. The spraygrounds will close for the season Sunday, Sept. 30 at 8 p.m.

The Dove Park Sprayground opened on June 28 and the Parr Park Spraygound opened on July 3. Both spraygrounds are free and open to the public seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The spraygrounds were made possible through a sales tax authorized by Grapevine voters, and they will reopen for the 2013 summer.
