Robert Earl Keen once said, “If you’re feelin’ puny and you don’t know what to do, treat yourself to some meat and eat some barbeque.”

The Keller Lions Club invites Keller and surrounding communities to its annual Barbeque Cook-Off on Friday, Oct. 5 and Saturday, Oct. 6 at the club’s grounds located at 532 Keller Parkway.

Teams will compete for prizes, trophies and ribbons. The event will feature a Texas Hold’em Tournament, a raffle and chicken, pork spare ribs, brisket and appetizer competitions.
